This year our focus was on “Value Creation for the Future”. We all seek and create value, but often overlook opportunities for value creation in a broader sense, possibly to the detriment of both business and societal needs. Over the past year we have therefore worked with leading international experts and business thinkers to design the Lindéngruppen Value Creation Model. The model uses Impact Weighted Metrics to measure the real value we create to people, the planet and the global economy.
We were joined at the conference by exceptional thought leaders on this topic such as George Serafeim, the Charles M. Williams Professor at Harvard Business School, and David Roberts, expert on technology disruption and exponential leadership, Singularity University.
